A little bit about me— I am a Chicago based artist, illustrator, and novice travel junkie. I grew up in small-town Lebanon, Ohio before setting off into the world. I like my artwork to reflect the feeling and beauty of many of my little adventures, and above all else to be fun! These are my inspirations, projects, and other ramblings.

Challenge 20: Rivals- Chick-fil-a versus the Muppets

For this challenge I really wanted  to take advantage of what was going on in the news and come up with an editorial illustration. Chick-fil-a has been exploding all over the media lately, however I’ve known about their beliefs for a long time. I decided now would be a good time to add my 10¢. Mixing the serious nature of the painting American Gothic with the lighthearted Muppets added the interesting twist the illo needed. Hope you enjoy–
